1. About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RBT Operations Intern to support the growth and daily operations of our Ring Back Tone (RBT) business in Togo. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telecom value-added services, digital content operations, and user growth in an emerging market.

Your responsibilities will include:

o Support daily operations of the RBT (Ring Back Tone) platform, including content upload, configuration, and quality checks;

o Assist in content management, including onboarding music/content partners and maintaining the content library;

o Monitor key performance metrics (subscriptions, activations, churn, revenue) and prepare regular reports;

o Support the execution of marketing campaigns (SMS, USSD, social media, offline promotion); o Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery;

o Conduct market research on local music trends, user preferences, and competitor offerings;

o Assist in optimizing user journeys (subscription, activation, renewal) to improve conversion rates;

o Support partnerships with local artists, labels, and content providers.

1. Requirements

2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

3. Fluency in both English and French is essential, as English is the working language at Huawei.

4. Strong interest in digital content, music, and telecom/mobile services

5. Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools

6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferences (Bonus)

1. Interest in African music or entertainment industry

2. Experience in social media operations or digital marketing

3. Basic understanding of telecom services (USSD, SMS, subscription models)
